Heat pumps, installed and serviced properly
Heat pumps work well in the right home with the right design. They are not for every property. We give you a straight assessment, design the system around your home, and look after it afterwards.
Air source heat pump installation
Properly designed, correctly sized installation suited to a Scottish winter.
- Home assessment and heat loss calculation
- Low-temperature system design
- Correctly sized radiators or emitters
- Tidy installation and a clear handover
Heat pump servicing
Servicing and maintenance for an existing air source heat pump, to keep it running efficiently.
- Annual servicing and checks
- Performance and efficiency checks
- Fault finding on existing systems
Is your home suited to a heat pump?
Heat pumps suit some homes more than others. We will tell you straight, and what would change the answer.
- Helps: reasonable insulation and draught-proofing
- Helps: room for an outdoor unit and any radiator changes
- Harder: a poorly insulated home with small radiators
- We will be honest if it is not the right move yet

Good to know
Common questions
Is my home suitable?
It depends on insulation, your radiators and how you heat now. We assess it properly and give you an honest answer rather than a sales pitch.
Will I need bigger radiators?
Heat pumps run at lower temperatures, so some radiators may need upgrading. The design shows exactly what is needed for your home.
Are they noisy?
Modern units are quiet. We position the outdoor unit carefully to keep any noise down.
Do you service heat pumps too?
Yes. We service and maintain existing air source heat pumps, not only install new ones.
