How often should I service my boiler?
Once a year is the usual recommendation, and most warranties require it to stay valid.
What does the price include?
We will confirm exactly what the service covers when you book, so there are no surprises.
Do I get a record afterwards?
Yes. You get a written record of the checks and readings.
Can you fix small issues during the service?
Often yes. If we spot something minor we will tell you the cost and, with your go-ahead, sort it there and then.
Do you service hot water cylinders?
Yes. We service unvented hot water cylinders, on their own or with the boiler. Unvented cylinders need an annual check to stay safe and within warranty.
